San Francisco Wedding Packages

Our Wedding Specialists combine the best of your ideas and our expertise to create a special occasion that is uniquely yours. Whether you envision an intimate occasion or an elaborate event, our staff will work with you to ensure the perfect San Francisco Wedding. Our experienced Wedding Planning staff understands that the essence of a spectacular event is all in the details. Whether you are interested in a plated, multi-course dinner, a dinner buffet or a reception style evening, we are eager to help choose the right format to make your evening reflective of your personal style.

We are pleased to offer the following as part of our Hyatt Regency San Francisco wedding packages: 

  • Menu tasting for two
  • Dance floor, staging, head table and cake table
  • White or ivory floor-length linen with matching napkins
  • Votive candles
  • Accommodations for the Bride and Groom, with bottle of Champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries delivered upon your arrival
  • Special room rates for overnight guests (rates and availability are dependent upon season and occupancy levels)
  • Cake cutting and service to your guests

Your Catering Manager can also assist with information about our preferred vendors who are able to provide floral, décor, specialty linens and music to complement your special day.


Wedding Ceremonies
Should you wish to host your ceremony at Hyatt Regency San Francisco, please note that there will be a $10 per person set up fee with a $1,000 minimum. This fee includes the use of our chairs and staging and a mutually convenient rehearsal time prior to your wedding date.

Personal Preference Dining®
With Hyatt’s Personal Preference catering, guests choose their own entree in a banquet setting. Better than the standard dual-entree option and more elegant than a casual buffet, we feature four-course meals with a choice of four entrees. The bride and groom choose the appetizer and salad in advance. A custom-printed menu featuring four entree selections is provided for guests at each setting. Specially trained servers take your guests’ orders as they are seated. Your guests enjoy the sumptuous meal and are treated to our Chef’s selection of dessert samples.

Rehearsal Dinners & Morning-After Brunches
We understand that your wedding is not necessarily limited to just one day. Enjoy time with your friends and family by hosting your rehearsal dinner or a refreshing morning-after brunch in one of our banquet rooms. Our Catering Managers can assist with a menu design that perfectly compliments your weekend. Banquet room rental will be waived for either event.

Cake Cutting
We provide an experienced server to assist the bride and groom with their first slice of cake. We will professionally slice the cake, provide the china, and serve to your guests.  This service is included in your San Francisco Wedding Package. 

Preferred Vendors
Please inquire about our preferred vendors who are able to provide floral, decor, specialty linens and music to complement your special day.
